    The average Structural Engineering tuition fee is approximately INR 3 Lacs to INR 8 lakh, depending on the college offering the course and the course level. Apart from the tuition fee, you also need to check out for extra charges like that for hostel accommodation (in the case of being an outstation student and occupying the hostel space), admission application fee, semester exam registration, etc.
