What is the transfer procedure from one college to another for B.E (final year) student?
I am in B.E. (final year) in VTU.

Hi,
Generally, transfer is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. Keeping your concern in mind it would be advisable to contact the officials of both the universities for updated transfer norms as it differs from one university to another.

Gentlemen, I am not aware of any way by which anyone can change college in FINAL YEAR.
