I don't understand the reason you are asking about the tuition fee only. But I'll answer a little bit more elaborately anyways. The net fee comes around to be Rs.12.5 Lakh including all expenses to be paid to the IIM-S. The tuition fee makes up for about 10.5 Lakhs (For PGP 2015 Batch). If it is of any relevance to you, loan facilities are available for upto a max of Rs. 20 Lakh and are pretty easily available. Hope this helps. let me know if you want to know anything else. Happy to help.

    Hello Alan,
Few IIMs have either increased the fees or have processed the increase. MBA candidates will now have to pay around 5-17 percent more for the 2018-20 batch. Inflationary pressure and high operational cost including infrastructure cost and faculty salaries are the main reasons cited behind the fee hike by the officials of IIMs. Candidates will now pay Rs. 80,000-2 lakh more for their MBAs in the academic year 2018-20. IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Trichy, IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, and IIM Amritsar have already announced the fee hike.

Yes, students can join IIM Shillong after Class 12, but you must meet the following eligibility criteria. You must pass the CAT exam and meet the sectional cut-off. The CAT cut-off for IIM Shillong is 75 percentile for all sections. You must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks.

The public displays confusion regarding listings of IIM Shillong as a key institution on the AICTE website. The reference on the website functions as an information service yet it does not demonstrate regulatory or institutional affiliation between IIM Shillong and AICTE. IIM Shillong maintains independence through operation under the IIM Act 2017 which exempts it from AICTE approval and its jurisdiction and control.
