    Hi there, LPU is one of the best universities in India. It is a UGC approved university which has been ranked highly by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its faculty, its placements, its teaching practices etc. The university provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too.

    LPU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). UGC is a statutory body of the Government of India that maintains, determines and coordinates the standards of university education in the country which falls under section 2 (f) of the UGC ACT 1956. A candidate seeking admission in LPU Admission Office is required to take an entrance exam called LPUNEST (PhD) which is not applicable for candidates who have valid exemption criteria such as UGC NET/JRF, CSIR NET/JRF, GATE, GPAT, or M.Phil. (regular mode). These candidates are directly appearing for the interview. Admission selection is based on 70% entrance test and 30% performance in the interview. Candidates will be required to apply online through the LPU ADMIT portal along with document verification and payment of fees at the time of selection.

Minimum eligibility for pursuing an MBA from LPU has a Bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate marks. However, graduates from the CS, CA, or CMA qualifications are also eligible to apply.
