The number of student applications received by the Uni of Florida exceeded 65,300, of which the university offered the opportunity to enroll at the campus to around 15,700 students. However, the number of student enrollments was over 6,700. This suggests that the University of Florida acceptance rate stands at 24%, making the admission criteria of the university selective, as only around one-fifth of the applicants are likely to be admitted.

Based on the ratio of admissions to applications, the University of Florida acceptance rate stands at 23%. Since, the stats are on the lower end, we can conclude that Uni of Florida is a very competitive university to get in. However, applicants must not get discouraged and fulfill the University of Florida admission requirements, i.e., competitive grades, standarized test scores, English language requirements as well as relevant documents, in order to secure an admission in the university. Also. students must be aware of the application deadlines in order to apply precisely to Uni of Florida.
