Hello, The University Grants Commission has provided the official PDFs of updated UGC NET Syllabus on their official site. The Syllabus was updated in June 2019 Exam for all the subjects including Paper 1. After these changes, the officials have not declared any new notice regarding the syllabus. So, candidates are suggested to follow the same Syllabus available on the official site of UGC. Hello Annie, NTA conducts the UGC NET exam to hire the eligible candidates for the post of an Assistant Professor and the research fellowship in the State and National Universities. NTA has made some changes in the NET exam following the UGC NET Syllabus. NTA also made changes in the JRF age limit criteria. Previously the maximum age limit to appear in the exam is 28 years but now NTA has given the 2 years age relaxation for general category. There is still no age limit to appear for the post of an Assistant Professor. I hope the given information will help you out.
