    The Combined Medical Services Exam is conducted by the UPSC to recruit doctors in various government organizations. This exam is conducted once a year in two stages by the UPSC.
    1. Positions offered: The selection is done for two categories. Category One for Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services and Category II for Assistant Divisional Medical Officers and General Duty Medical Officers in the Government
    2. Eligibility: An applicant needs to have an MBBS degree and be under 32 years old to be eligible for this exam.
