What is the use of doing B.S in Aerospace/ Aeronautical Engineering at Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering?

In this course, the institution claims that it would be two years of study in the institution followed by two years study abroad in a university that Institute has tied up. Degree obtained obviously is not recognised by any Indian University. My advise is that it appears to be quite a risky course.
