Dear Divakar. BBA stands for Bachelore of Business Administration. This course would be helpful to get jobs at corporate organisations like Junior officer or Junior executives level in Human resource, Marketing, Production, Inventory, Finance etc. after completion of the course you can plan to do Masters degree in business administration. automatically that would be fetching more in your career. BBA and MBA mostly related to jobs in business organisations. and some time government companies also prefer the MBAs. so to get immediately job this courses would be helpful in ones life. hope you got clarity.

The advantage is that you can relate to the commerce subjects easily as compared to the engineers. BBA is a course for 3 years while engineering takes 4 years so you can get a work experience or start MBA earlier.
