What is the vaidity of certification of KSOU and IGNOU? Ate they equal?

I want to know whether B.tech done in KSOU will be equally qualified then it is done in IGNOU. In my opinion IGNOU has got more recognision beyond Karnataka.

both the universities are recognised by the ugc and dec. both are offering very good cources. but as far as student support and other facilities are concerned ignou has a wide scope, cources and global recognition.
