What is the validity of lateral BscIT program from kuvempu university(U.E.T.) ?

I have done bsc IT(lateral entry) on 7/8/2014 from kuvempu university (distance education) through NIIT. what is the validity of my marksheets/degree? Is it valid for IBPS , SSC , IAS , UPBTC or other government jobs? Is KU(U.E.T.) is ugc approved?

Will be useful for completing degree in short term but will not be good if you are planning higher studies as most of the universities need at least 3 years degree. Better join from 1st year
