What is the value of Executive MBA for a public sector employee having 15 yrs of Supervisory Experience?
With over 15 years Supervisory experience in Public Sector, is it worth doing executive programme in Human Resource from IIMC Or Should I persue distance MBA from smude or ignou or SCDL . Is SCDL approved by AICTE. Which institues course will be beneficial in terms of career prospects

If u want to do MBA thn prefer executive programme in HR from IIMC or any other institute like MDI etc. which will provide u an edge over others and also help u in ur promotions n career graph.....
Executive programmes are specially designed for working professionals like u ....

Well, a good question to answer. IIMS has its own brand name and recognition. Hence 1st pref. should always go for iims (Exc. MBA) if selected .
secondly, you can always opt IGNOU or any other approved university (MKU, Annamalai)etc..
