What is the value of Haryana open board? Can I apply for visa with the its certificate?

Hi Pranav, please check UGC website for a list of approved distance education boards. For visa and admissions you need to contact a few universities and inquire if they will accept your degree. Do this before you apply. You cannot apply for a visa until and unless you have been admitted in some univ
