What is the value of IT Recruiter job, if somebody is planning to do MBA in HR later?

With your technical knowledge, now you would have been offered a job which involves job at an executive or assistant level. If you plan to do an MBA in HR then this kind of job would be the best thing to happen to you, as you would get all the needed exposure into the department. Now as for the comp
