If your aim is teaching, B.Sc and M.Sc would be surely enough for it. But if you want a decent placement and a job, you should definitely consider B.Tech. You can apply for various universities providing B.Tech degrees and then proceed.

If you pursue M.Sc from a prestigious college, then there are slight chances of placement. Otherwise, it is only good for research and lectureship. B.Tech and MCA are professional courses aimed to provide jobs mostly.

    Hi,
A master's degree has high respect, whether it be M.Sc, MCA, MBA or any other.
If you are getting campus recruiting after B.Tech, well and good. You can pursue your M.Tech through the company, if it provides you the same.
M.Tech candidate has good knowledge on the subject, as two more years are put in. But, all that matters is who cracks the interview.
