What is the WBJEE eligibility after clearing maths paper in the 3rd attempt?

I passed ISC 2017 but failed in maths. I cleared the maths paper in 2019, am I eligible for WBJEE 2019? What all colleges are there under WBJEE for admission? I have fulfilled the eligibility criteria.
