The General Knowledge section of XAT 2025 will have 20 questions, each carrying one mark. Students are advised to attempt the General Knowledge section in 10 minutes as that is the time limit given for it. Since the questions are memory based, it will not take more time than that to solve the questions. For more information, you may visit the Shiksha Xavier Aptitude Test exam syllabus page. • The weightage of the General Knowledge (GK) section in the XAT exam has varied in the past few years. However, in recent years, the GK section has been a separate section with 25 questions, and it is usually allotted 15-20 minutes for completion. The weightage of the GK section in the XAT exam is not fixed, and it may vary from year to year. Generally, the GK section is not considered in the calculation of the XAT percentile, and it is used only for shortlisting candidates for the next stage of the selection process.
