    CAs, basically, are required to solve taxation problems, auditing & accounting matters etc. As you are working with bank, I assumed that you worked as relationship manager/credit analyst/product manager- (Trade finance, cash management, etc. )
    CFA as a whole is concentrated towards investment banking, equity research, Portfolio Management etc. It has no relation to what exactly you are doing at the moment. The CFA is geared toward those individuals that invest in the public markets. As such, the CFA is a good programme for you if you are looking to enter asset management, equity research, or hedge funds. For CFA level-1, 6 months study
