    Group discussion and personal interview plays a very important role in B- school admission. A lot of students will get shortlisted as well as eliminated after this GD and PI.
    GD and PI will test one's ability to communicate and interact with others as it tests ones presence of mind.
    Large number of B-school campuses use this GD and PI round to analyze each and every student who want to get into their campus. Majority interview panel will conduct both the rounds with utter importance. Major campus like IIMs will give a major importance to this part of screening.

    Don'ts:
    Don't lose your cool if anyone says anything you object to. The key is to stay objective: Don't take the discussion.
    Do not try and be someone you are not. Be yourself.
    Don't start speaking until you have clearly understood and analyzed the subject.
    Opening the discussion is not the only way of gaining attention and recognition.
    Do's:
    It is okay to say I don't know in an interview. Instead of answering a question without any knowledge about the topic, be humble and state that you are not aware of the facts.
