For BITS Pilani it is Rs 4 lakhs per annum including hostel. Fee is subjected to rise upto 10% per year as per decision of management.

The yearly expenditure at BITS-Pilani for BE in Computer Science is a bit high from IIT-Bombay. In details,
    1. BITS-Rs 430000 PA
    2. IIT-B-Rs 117000 PA
The expense for VIT-Vellore varies from Rs 3-4 Lakhs PA depending upon their hostel and mess choices.
As you have mentioned about the economic issues, the best option would be going for IIT-B if you get a call for admission.
