    The ranking of the Technical University of Berlin in THE is #160 in 2026. In the previous year's rankings, this university ranked at #140. This shows that in Times Higher Education rankings, this university is placed at a better position. In the past 5 years rankings by Times Higher Education, this university ranked among Top 200 Universities in the world.
