UGC NET stands for University Grant Admission - National Eligibility Test is a national level entrance exam conducted for those candidates who have done their post-graduation or appearing for it in any of the streams you have opted for. The minimum qualification a candidate requires:
    1. Candidate should have Masters's degree in any stream.
    2. There should be an age limit of 28 years in case you are applying for JRF, but no age limit requires in the case of an assistant professor. UGC NET exam is conducted for 81 subjects. Thank you.
