    ICSI (Institute of company secretaries India) as the name suggests, is the regulatory authority of company secretaries in India formed under Institute of company secretaries Act 1980. 

    There are a lot of things which are unique about this institute such as:

    • It keeps on bringing new opportunities for its members and students associated with it for their better future.
    • It also allows abroad campus placement offers for Indian members without any further qualification.
    • It's different chapters established is different parts of the country are the pillars of the institute who develop the calibre of the students and allow them to participate
