Tezpur university is an institute of National Importance in India and is declared the best university by the visitor, The ex honorable President Mr. Pranav Mukherjee. And in the year of 2016 it held the 6th rank in NIRF ranking among the universities of India. TU is one of the best place for research fields in various fields. And also it is very clean and wel maintained university to stay in.
