The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies will commence the UPESEAT counselling in online mode. Applicants who will be declared qualified on the basis of result will be called for the UPESEAT counselling. The counselling of UPESEAT process comprises registration, filling of the college preferences, document verification, seat allotment, fee payment and others.
