what is upsc? what is the age limit to write upsc? what qualification shold be there to write upsc?

UPSC is a government sector exams...the age limit is 21 years at the aug of the exam taking year and should not cross 30 in general merit..there is a relaxation for other backward castes and sc/st.A graduation is a must.
