What is VILT on the ISO Digital Learning Platform?

<p dir="ltr">VILT stands for Virtual Instructor-Led Training. It refers to online training in which an actual instructor provides a live session to students using a virtual classroom platform.</p><p dir="ltr">Main characteristics of VILT sessions:</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">They are conducted live, on a particular date and time.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">You and the teacher participate in the session remotely.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">You may engage with the teacher and other students via video, audio, or text.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">The aim of VILT sessions is to mimic a regular classroom learning process by using technology.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">Please note that ISO VILT courses tend to be invitation-only, i.e., you have to be invited or pre-approved to attend.</p>
