The VUSAT comprises multiple-choice questions that take into account subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English from 10+2 or an equivalent syllabus. On average, the test typically lasts for 2 hours and contains 125 questions. It is divided into three sections: 40 questions from Physics, 40 from Chemistry, and 40 from Mathematics or Biology, depending upon the stream; and 5 questions from English. The correct answer to each of these will fetch 1 mark; there is no negative marking. The examination is done in online mode and admission to undergraduate courses in a number of institutes is offered through this.

Yes, candidates can secure admission at Vijaybhoomi University without a VUSAT exam score. As per the admission guidelines, the university also accepts multiple other entrance exam scores for the BTech course. SAT India, LSAT India, CUET, IPMAT, are few of the national and state level entrance exams accepted by the VU for BTech admission. Therefore, candidates with a valid score in the above-mentioned exams, are not required to apply for the VUSAT exam 2025.

Yes, admission into all the programmes at the university is through entrance exams either conducted through relevant government bodies or through the Vijaybhoomi University, by the Vijaybhoomi University Standard Aptitude Test (VUSAT). It is as per the merit secured in VUSAT that candidates are given admission into programmes like BFA (Music) which do not have a standard entrance exam conducted by national or state examination bodies.
