    Despite a challenging market, Western University placement rate for MBA graduates is 92%. These graduates secured at least one employment offer within 6 months of graduation. This placement rate is as of Dec 2023. However, as of Sep 2023, the placement rate is 89%. The reported average base salary is CAD 131,282 (Around INR 80 lakh). A few of the top recruiting companies are Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, etc.
