What is written on the degree if we pursue full-time MBA in Dual specialization?

Assuming you do dual specialisations in Marketing and Finance, you degree will have following wordings: "MBA with Specialisation in Marketing and Finance".

If the college is not providing a dual degree as they said that at the time of admission then what should I do legally against them?
Taking an Exam? Selecting a College?
