What is your opinion on MIT, Jaipur for B.Tech ( CSE )? Do they have joint campus along with Manipal main?

No, Manipal University is a stand-alone University, after the joint counseling process there's isn't any other connections between these universities. You can opt for a semester in the main Manipal though. CSE has one of the best faculty members in this college and the placements are top notch.
