According to the recent NIRF ranking LPU is ranked 62nd among all Govt and Private universities in India.
LPU school of Law ranked among the top 25 law institutions in India.
Lpu school of pharmacy ranked among the top 25 pharmacy institutions in India.
Mittal school of Business ranked among the top 40 Management institution in India.
LPU school of Architecture and design ranked among the top 15 architecture institutions in India.
LPU Engineering Faculty ranked among the top 65 engineering institutions in India.
Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many of IITs.
As per the world ranking 2022 LPU has been ranked 10th amongst top universities of India in engineering subject.

Being alumni I must say, its LPU who helps us to learn not only how to acquire a great career rather also how to be a good human being.
Lovely Professional University is very much renowned for its student friendly nature.
International Exposure:
Not only in India, LPU is renowned internationally. LPU is having dedicated Division of International affairs. LPU is having tie up with Multiple foreign Universities all over the world. Students can take the opportunity to opt Credit Transfer Program, Semester Exchange Program, Summer / Winter School Program. With this provision, students will get the opportunity of being educated with the advanced technologies of the world renowned Universities. With the huge diversity in campus, students also get the provision of cultural exchange.
Students Club: With the aim of all-round development of students, so that students would be getting emerged strongly in each & every domain of life, there are nearly 60 student organization or clubs have been created by Lovely Professional University. With this initiative students will never feel alone in the campus.
Hostel: I have also spent 5 Years in LPU Hostel. There I always feel its happening all the time !! 0% Ragging, 0% tolerance to any illegal substances like alcohol, drugs etc. Strict actioned used to be taken against the defaulters in case non-adherence of such rules. Though there are many restrictions you can observe for the hostellers but believe me at the end of day you will find it necessary for all your security & safety. These restrictions would definitely make you learn how to lead your life in controlled environment.
Faculties: LPU Professors are always beside the students for their well-being & enhancing their educational standard. Professors of LPU are very friendly & helpful kind of nature with an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning. Students are also been allocated with Academic & Industry mentor from Day 1 for guidance till the last academic semester.
Infrastructure: LPU is 600+ Acre campus with all advanced facilities & infrastructures (Hospital, Shopping Mall, Gym, Indoor Stadium, Post Office, Bank, Food Courts with International cuisines, Hostel Facility etc.)
Placement:In terms of placement 2020, Lovely Professional University managed to achieve excellent placement record as always by securing more than 7000 job offers, internships, training for its students.

I was pretty sure to go for my higher studies in a very good university and then I came came across LPU. The single-campus university located in Jalandhar,Punjab. Initially I was stunned by the beautiful campus and infrastructure and gradually I made my mind when I got to know about the universitys achievements and popularity.
I took my admission in MBA and trust me the Business school in LPU is undoubtedly the best. I always felt that the faculties were very much concerned to shape us and make us ready to compete in the upcoming placement drives in the next two years.
They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good.
Hostel: LPUs hostels have a good accommodation where you'll get a room with an attached bathroom. They have a large collection of rooms for 2 seaters, LPU has the wide range of AC and Non AC rooms. Rooms are good to stay.I was also a Hostler at LPU and the thing I miss the most is the Hostel Life of LPU, those late night studies, looking for snacks at midnight and watching movies on the weekends was very awesome I wish I could live back those days.
The schedule followed in messes are structured in a well-mannered form where your morning breakfast might be choices between various type of Paranthas and poha with or without butter, in the beverage you will get milk and tea. Where for lunch you'll get some seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and pulses. And for an evening you'll get milk and tea. In a dinner, you'll get seasonal vegetables, pulses etc. Once a week you will get a special diet where you'll get some Chinese food or Indian special occasional food.
Academic: All the faculties are highly qualified to have at least masters and 7080% of them are even having PhDs or pursuing. These facilities are also having good years of work experience, so it might be good to consider that LPU is having the wide range of qualified and experienced faculties.
Placement: The placements are completely based on the performance of the students, because so many good companies come to campus drive in the college. The current placement status that many students got placed in the genuine companies before final exams in reputed companies on good packages. The college also looks for skill development for the student by providing summer training and internship in the final year.

After the recent NIRF rankings 2020 released by MHRD. Where LPU is miles ahead of other private universities. Moreover, there are several reasons to opt or recommend LPU.
# Curriculum is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials.
# Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data science, machine learning, and many more.
