I have completed my MBA from LPU and I believe that LPU is one of the best universities among all the B schools as well as other ranked universities. I will share certain facts which would justify the same. 1.Accreditation: As LPU got accreditation from Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP). Not only LPU is highly accredited but also it is having numerous international tie ups for instance university of North Alabama, Livingstone College etc. 2.Size: LPU is spread over 600 acres campus consisting of 3000+students and 3500+ faculties and staff. Students are taking the admissions not from all over India but across the borders as well which make me feel that I am in a foreign land. 3.Ranking: LPU has following ranking: 1. Impact rankings 2021 2. National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds 3.Outlook has ranked LPU as 5th among top 50 universities 4.Knowledge Review rated LPU as 10 th among Best training and Placement Institute 4.Infrastructure: LPU in itself a town as all the amenities a student could found at one place there is no need to move out of the campus. From Central Library to Hospital, Bank, ATMs, JIM facility, swimming pool. A student could enjoy his or her life in the best way. 5.Placements: LPU is having outstanding Placements record for the students. As every year not only national companies but also international ones are also hiring the LPU students for instance Amazon offers 30 lakh package per annum. The Corporates which have visited the campus are Microsoft, Amazon, DBS Bank etc. 6.Faculty: LPU composed of the best faculties from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. 7.Upgraded Approach: LPU is highly upgraded in its parameters as it includes paperless attendance, online assignments, submission etc. We can also raise our grievances online itself.

LPu is a brand in itself. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculties and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations,recognitions and accreditations down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So,I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.

1. They believe in the ethics of show-off because they spend almost all of the money in advertising and entertainment purpose and for education the spending is almost nothing. They signed MOU with other universities, also ,Google,Oracle,Cisco etc. labs for only showing off, the reality is I never worked on any of it, never. Also at the Web-site which they are using, full of real time trackers, social media plug-ins, without you consent they are using your data for advertisement purposes, I rarely seen that much of trackers on any educational institutions, its very much high and they are spending the money which they took from a student I hope rather than investing it into quality education and students. 2. If any educational institution is not a non-profit organization then they are surely doing business in the name of education. 3. They admitted as much as they can for making money even if the campus do not have the capacity. The campus is feel like a fish market or a congested city where proper education is never possible. The environment is not at all suitable for study over there. 4. In terms of infrastructure it's good, but the main component is missing over there - " The Quality Education but in terms of quantity its huge." 5. Food quality is very low in hostels and hostel rooms are very expensive. So they do not care about the student's health conditions, on-veg are not allowed in hostels and as an effect of poor nutrition health quality degrades and you cannot work properly if you are not eating properly. 6. They makes student's life hell by their stupid attendance system and a lot of classes per day which make you bored because even if you are not interested in the class, teacher force you to stay in the class by the means of the power attendance . As a result you will converted into a robot. 7. They only care about CA and examinations, how much CGPA you get and exam questions are most of the times what you learnt in class and full of theory, if you can cram, you can easily get 10 TGPA and also marks are given for attendance. So the CGPA is a scam over there. 8. The quality of teachers are very bad. Very limited number of good teachers are there, otherwise all are look like what they are teaching, even they actually do not know.

This entirely depends upon whether you can make it worth joining or not. It's a thing that how University treats you, but what is more important is how you treat the University. There is no such thing as a bad University. That may be the image that we have created in our minds. So, whether it is worth joining or not completely depends upon how you utilize the resources provided by the University for the Betterment of yourself. Let be unbiased and try to find an answer to this question. Campus of 600+ acres - That's really not an interest to a student. What'll she/he be doing of such a vast area? You'll only be having a particular block for you academics. Eight hostels for boys and Six for girls – You are going to need a place to stay so hopefully there is more than enough space to accommodate you. That's a plus point. Security measures for girls - If you are a girl and decide to reside in hostel. Then, you will have to mark you attendance daily in hostel to the floor warden and be in hostel within the entry timings. 6:00-6:30 is winters timing and in summers up to 07:30 probably. So, if you don't enter into hostel till that time. You are going to have to face the warden for explanation and may be a call to your parents. That's a bit harsh. While girls may not like this, but I am sure their parents would surely do. But, if you want to live freely. There are plenty of PGs near University. Now decide what is best for you. But, you will be super safe inside the hostels than in PGs thats for sure. You can go to library from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM. But, will be accompanied with a guard from you hostel to library. More than 200 courses offered ranging from Diploma to PG - You are probably going to find the best course for you among these. That's for sure. Another plus point. Mandatory 75% aggregate attendance – You will need to maintain a baseline of 75% aggregate attendance in order to be eligible to give exams. That's harsh and they won't accept any medical leaves or anything. Literally, nothing they are going to accept from you. If you fall below 75% you are not going to be eligible for final exams until you possess good percentage in the last term. In that case they will provide you with some grace. That's a good point. Also they have marks criteria for attendance. As your attendance increase or decrease, you will have marks ranging from 2-5. That is for you to decide, whether it is a plus point for you or not.
