Dear Sameeksha, I have done my MBA at LPU so I can answer this question better. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practicals like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education, etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. LPU has all the necessary accreditation. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest leanings by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. Industry immersion can be seen as there are seminars and workshops held by the industry experts and the alumni so that the students can get a fair idea of the market trends The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine-story building and is well-equipped, besides this, there are libraries in each block. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career de [department is one of the largest and best in India. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills, and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement-ready. Even mock placement drives are held. The MNCs have recruited many students to top-notch positions. A student of Agriculture got a whooping offer of 1cr from a US firm, B.Tech CSE student got 42LPA from Microsoft. About 650 companies visit LPU for recruitment on the LPU campus. It has won many accolades and is even awarded the National Employability 2020 award for Best Placements. All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. A Campus-To Fall in LOVE with ! LPU campus is spread over 700+ acres. I get to know when I visited to enroll myself. It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to SEE the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too. Diverse options of dining are also available within the campus, which range from traditional Indian sweets to modern coffee shops. Most importantly, it has various banks with more than 50 ATMs inside the campus; hence, students need not go outside for any kind of transactions. The campus of LPU is so vast that it has its own postal code and office. I would recommend you to visit this university once if you are planning to get admission for yourself or your anyone else. Hi there, LPU is Ranked among the "Top Six Promising Universities of The Country" by India Today. It is Ranked Among the Top Universities of India in Over 20 Prestigious Researches & Rankings. Moreover, LPU is the first private University in India that is ICAR accredited by ICAR. Apart from all this LPU is the first private university to host honorable prime minister Narendra Modi during the Indian Science congress. And The previous honorable Mr. Pranab Mukherjee chaired the 8th Convocation of LPU. I am pursuing Ph.D. Mathematics from Lovely Professional University. Despite all, as per my personal experience, it is an overwhelming feeling to express my views on my University. To the best of my experience, LPU is one of the top universities in India. I have pursued Masters in Mathematics from LPU and now fortunately pursuing doctorate from the same. Therefore to my experience, I am highly satisfied with all the policies especially the tight security and the quality of education. Since, LPU is a very diverse university, and one can not underestimate the talent of LPU for how it attained the status of University in just 5 years. That according to me is the remarkable point to be considered. LPU also offers a great residential facility to its students. Along with that, it has got other fascinating things like swimming pool, gaming complex, Unimall. I must say it is a city in itself. I have never compromised with any policy of LPU as much as I feel. Be it education, its students score even 10 CGPA. Be it extracurricular, it has a huge repo in that too. LPU is having dedicated Division of International affairs. LPU is having tie up with Multiple foreign Universities all over the world. Students can take the opportunity to opt Credit Transfer Program, Semester Exchange Program, Summer / Winter School Program. With this provision, students will get the opportunity of being educated with the advanced technologies of the world renowned Universities. With the huge diversity in campus, students also get the provision of cultural exchange. Students Club: With the aim of all-round development of students, so that students would be getting emerged strongly in each & every domain of life, there are nearly 60 student organization or clubs have been created by Lovely Professional University. With this initiative students will never feel alone in the campus. Hostel: I have also spent 5 Years in LPU Hostel. I was pretty sure to go for my higher studies in a very good university and then I came across LPU. The single-campus university located in Jalandhar, Punjab. Initially I was stunned by the beautiful campus and infrastructure and gradually I made my mind when I got to know about the university achievements and popularity. I took my admission in MBA and trust me the Business school in LPU is undoubtedly the best. I always felt that the faculty members were very much concerned to shape us and make us ready to compete in the upcoming placement drives in the next two years. They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with the latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good. Hostel: LPUs hostels have a good accommodation where you'll get a room with an attached bathroom. They have a large collection of rooms for 2 seater, LPU has the wide range of AC and Non AC rooms. Rooms are good to stay. I was also a Hostler at LPU and the thing I miss the most is the Hostel Life of LPU, those late night studies, looking for snacks at midnight and watching movies on the weekends was very awesome I wish I could live back those days. The schedule followed in messes are structured in a well-mannered form where your morning breakfast might be choices between various type of Paranthas and poha with or without butter, in the beverage you will get milk and tea. Where for lunch you'll get some seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and pulses. And for an evening you'll get milk and tea. In a dinner, you'll get seasonal vegetables, pulses etc. Once a week you will get a special diet where you'll get some Chinese food or Indian special occasional food. Academic: All the faculty members are highly qualified to have at least Masters and 7080% of them are even having PhDs or pursuing. These facilities are also having good years of work experience, so it might be good to consider that LPU is having the wide range of qualified and experienced faculty members. Placement: The placements are completely based on the performance of the students, because so many good companies come to campus drive in the college. The current placement status that many students got placed in the genuine companies before final exams in reputed companies on good packages. The college also looks for skill development for the student by providing summer training and internship in the final year.

LPU offers a lot of courses B.Tech, MBA, Hotel Management and LL.B. Are some of the popular courses. When students of so many streams interact with each other it helps in expanding the mind not only in the course the student is currently pursuing but also in other courses. On average, more than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU. LPU provides placements to the maximum it has record-breaking placements in MBA approximately 98% of students got placed in top companies in the year 2020. Moreover, CSE students were placed in top companies, with a package of 42 per annum in Microsoft was a highlight in the newspaper and in news. In CSE the placement record is almost 100%. One of my friends did B.Tech from LPU and now she is working in Google in USA. COVID 19 crisis has impacted the scholastic system upside down posing a huge challenge to the education sector. Educational institutions were being shut down, to keep up the momentum and motivation in the virtual world, LPU has been engaging its student and staff remotely through online platforms and has taken many initiatives during the COVID 19, to have a lesser impact on student education and career. 1. Fully online application and admission process - From filling up of registration form to conducting the entrance test, including the interview process everything is online. 2. Online Payment - LPU provides online methods for payment, it can be done through credit card/Debit card /online bank transfer/ UPI. 3. Online Classes- Major problem faced by students during this pandemic was the cancelling or delaying of examination but LPU stood out from other universities and institutes in conducting timely examination and declaring results Hope this helps.
