It depends on your interest. If you feel like you are not that much into technical side than you can go for MBA or if you are looking for some better job opportunity.
Even I was working with an MNC as a software developer since last 2 years. Now I have resigned from my job and am taking admission in MBA from the next month.

You can take admission by giving some entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CET of different states. Follow the schedule of the exams and prepare well for them and make sure you are taking admission in one of the top MBA colleges in India as there are plenty of MBA colleges that doesnt able to give you placements. And if you cant perform well in entrance exams go for job 1 or 2 year that will help you to get good placement in MBA college and prepare for entrance side by side.

Admission in MBA after B.Tech is good opportunity if you want to build your own business in the field you have done your engineering in. If you taking admission in MBA without any plan, then it seems like you are wasting your 2 years & also a amount of money and the most valuable thing i.e. time.
