The roles offered are in development sector, marketing and finance. There are hardly any companies offering any HR roles. Some firms offer a combined operations + marketing role according to the firms requirements. Also, many banks offer jobs in marketing sector for selling their financial products. A participant at IRMA has a cross job profile which may/may not pertain to one particular sector.

8 years agoIRMA provides you professional management training. IRMANs get job profiles like sales and marketing in agribusiness companies(e.g.ITC,Big basket), Dairy industry(e.g Amul, mother dairy). Bank manager in Agri business division of banks like YES bank, HDFC,ICICi etc. and managerial posts in micro finance institutes. Managerial post in state rural livelihood missions. Even sometimes post of CEO in an NGO or new startup.
