What kind of course after B.E. IC and two years plus exp. as prod.and customer support engineer is beneficial for high salary ?

Hi. I am recently announced Assistant Manager in my German MNC (located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat ) with salary being merely 14000/- . Now, I have B.E. IC and after that I have total two + years experience ( 1.5 years in current job ) .what course or education is good for more money in career ahead ?
