    hi

Admission to the BDes course at LPU is determined by an entrance exam. The university considers applications from candidates who have taken the UCEED, NID Entrance Exam, CUET UG, or NIFT Entrance Exam. Those who have not taken any national-level entrance exam are eligible to take the LPUNEST organized by the university. At Lovely Professional University (LPU), candidates usually need to pass specific entrance exams like the UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) to gain admission to the Bachelor of Design (B. Des) program. An impressive UCEED score holds great importance in the admission process.LPU has its own a

    Dear,
There is no entrance for B.design- fashion. The eligibility for B.Deisgn(8 semesters) is 60% with English. LPU gives relaxation on the following:
1.) 5% to North-East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.
    2) 10% to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category), Subject to verification from the Selection Committee*.
Note:- In the case of both only one relaxation is to be given.
You can appear in LPUNEST for a scholarship.
To fetch the maximum benefit of the scholarship you are required to take admission before January for the 2025 academic session.

To pursue a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Fashion Design at Lovely Professional University (LPU), you need to meet the eligibility criteria and may be required to clear LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test).

You may be exempt from LPUNEST if:

    • You have excellent marks in your 10+2 board exams
    • Or you have cleared a recognized national-level design entrance exam, such as:
      • UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design)
      • NID-DAT (Design Aptitude Test for National Institute of Design)
