What kind of graduation course will be good for me? I have a gap of almost 15 years and working since then in a BPO.

I finished my 10+2 in 1998 and got admission in Allahabad University in B.Sc but dropped the course and joined merchant navy. I worked there for a few years and then shifted to BPO and still working there. I've learned web-designing but want to attempt in state civil too. I am 34 years old.
