Hello Priyam,
1. Teaching: B Pharm - First Class students are eligible to teach as lecturers in the D Pharm programme, whereas M Pharm, First Class students can get a lecturer job in pharmacy degree colleges. It takes about 5 years to reach the grade of a Sr. lecturer and about 10 years to become A
