The government laboratories, universities or colleges and the industries, mainly chemical and pharmaceutical, are the three major sectors which recruit the chemistry graduates. For the entry level jobs in these fields, graduates need at least a Bachelor's degree in chemistry. But, for the senior positions like in research, they need Ph.D in the same. The main employers of chemistry graduates are in the chemical and related industries, such as:
    -Agrochemicals
    -Metallurgical
    -Petrochemicals
    -Pharmaceuticals
    -Plastics and Polymers
-Toiletries. Graduates from this course will be better prepared to understand the new environment-friendly systems
