The Retail Management is a vast field.
The kind of jobs that you can avail are
1) Sales
2) Line-manager in some Retail outlet
3) B-2-B Marketing for Retail chains
4) Retail franchisee - sales lead, research etc
5) Market Research
6) Branding
etc etc.
From the campus placements point of view, the above list might truncate a little.
But if you have a passion for a particular domain, you can always push yourself in that field by pursuing excellence, making up a decent profile and portfolio, and applying to and consulting to different firms with JD of your choice, on your own.
