It is totally depended upon your own caliber and career plans. M.Sc is strongly recommended for those who are aspiring for research field, teaching jobs, ISRO, etc.

This would depend on your specialisation. Based on it you could get jobs in marketing / sales / operations / HR / SCM / retail management, etc. in multiple industries.
