m.com is a traditional qualification and it always requires something in extra these days.otherwise you should be satisfied with the teaching positions.

after Mcom you can get job in teaching line and if can get good job then you can do any research degree like MPHIL or PHD , this will helpful to get good job in teaching field and if you want to get job in professional sector other than teaching field then MBA is also good option
