Okay, without any further ado, let me tell you, campus recruitment has got a lot to do with one's luck and ones's CV. With a capital CV which are adorned with good grades, records of moots and debates won, the chances of you getting selected by a reputed firm is very high. In tier 1 NLUs like NLSIU, NALSAR and NUJS, one can expect top law firms which can offer something from Rs. 12 to 24 lakhs p.a. In tier 2 colleges like CNLU, RMNLU and NLU Jodhpur, sometimes, reputed firms may offer Rs. 8 to 16 lakh pa. Hey,
First of all, passing law from an NLU doesn't guarantee you a package or a placement.
It depends on your CV and marks throughout college. The determinant for a placement shall be the same.
Next up is the packages that students get depends on the firm which is hiring.
The top firms provide a package of 12 lakhs per annum and which may range between 10-12 lakh p.a.
Also, the tier 2 and tier 3 firms provide you a package ranging from 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs.
Moreover, the packages offered at top NLUs are better and GNLU, NLU-Jodhpur, WBNUJS, NLSIU and NALSAR are among the top ones.

One can find a job in corporate firms and can get a package ranging from 8 lakhs to 15 lakhs. One of my friends in the final year got placed in Trilegal with a package of 15 Lakhs. Moreover, after LLB, you can give CLAT for LLM. And if in that CLAT exam, you are within top 10 lakhs, you can get a job in ONGC and govt PSUs like that. The minimum package will be in lakhs.
