What kind of profile do we require for getting into one of the big institutes such as IIM A,B,C?
What are the other factors that matter apart from high percentile?

Hello dear, besides 97 plus percentile in cat, u need to have a decent academic record from class 10th to the last academic degree. For gd/pi round u need to have a good communication skill, analytical ability, decision making power, self knowledge and convincing quality. Work experience will be an extra advantage. All the best.
