Hi Jayant,
By red hat certification, if you meant RHCE i..e Red Hat Certified Engineer is the performance test which examines one's competency on live systems. The test would include Red Hat Linux Essentials, Red Hat System Administration , Red Hat Linux Networking and Security Administration.

There are various test papers which are available in the google site where you could search for your subject ie Red hat certification you will be able to get the questions and answers for the same.
