You can expect questions like these
Tell me something about yourself? Where are you from And What is this place famous for? Why do you want to be a designer? What is the design according to you? Which is your favourite product and why? Who is your favourite designer? Why do you wish to join this college and how did you come to know about this college? The next question will be about General knowledge and Current Affairs. What did you have learned from this artwork which you have mentioned in your portfolio? Etc.

Interviews in NID are very different and a bit weird. They will ask literally anything like your family background, favourite food, movie, game etc. I got AIR 1 in DGD but they don't care about it. They expect unique answers. When they asked me why I wanted to become a game designer, I told them the truth. I recently gave the NID interview online after my Mains. And that was where I had got 5th rank in AIR. Still waiting for the final result though. Prepare what you know about NID, why you want to go to NID. What your parents do. These are guaranteed. Other than that, they may ask random questions. Like they did to me. Who is your favourite movie director? Which movie did you like most. Why? Imp. And also a few questions about your works. Prepare those well that's it. And most important of all they will try and intimidate you. Don't worry. Answer calmly.
