What kind of questions can I expect in third and fourth round of Oberoi STEP program?

I have applied for hotel operation in Oberoi STEP programme and have qualified first two rounds and I will be having the last two rounds in New Delhi.

    Grilling interview with mostly psychological questions. Note: As a student who has just cleared 12th board, the panel will not be looking for answers on Hospitality. Have everything prepared on what's there on the CV. (Please do take a CV with you. ). And please have some extra curriculars apart from participation in school. Read the newspapers thoroughly. Know what is going on in India and overseas. They will have lots of questions on current affairs and General Knowledge. It was with the General Manager of that hotel and the dean of OCLD.
