What kind of questions can I expect in third and fourth round of Oberoi STEP program?
I have applied for hotel operation in Oberoi STEP programme and have qualified first two rounds and I will be having the last two rounds in New Delhi.

Grilling interview with mostly psychological questions. Note: As a student who has just cleared 12th board, the panel will not be looking for answers on Hospitality. Even I have my last round tomorrow, 1 of my friend who is STEP trainee he said me to go through the CV. They will ask questions related to your CV and some tricky questions.
