    Hi,
If you hail from Science (Maths) background (XII), then you can start from scratch and pick courses that pave way for a career in software engineering:
    1. Bachelor of Technology in
    Computer Science
    Information Technology
    2. Bachelor of Science (hons.) in Software Engineering
    3. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
    4. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
Else on the basis of class X, you can go ahead with Diploma in Software Engineering or Computer Science which later on, can get you admission into B.TECH through lateral entry colleges.
    Feel free to discuss further.
