What kind of work experience do top B-schools demand? Will multi-level marketing be counted in work experience?

Any kind of experience in corporate sector is considered by the B-schools. You can try to pursue MBA/ PGDM in the same specialization, in which you have experience.

All your knowledge is appreciated, however, it depends on what kind of specialisation you are opting for and what is your desired profile to work. If your experience is related to that then it makes your learning easy with high growth and easy way to get a good package.
